I take pride in tailoring my personal training sessions to help my clients achieve their goals, whatever their level of fitness. It was a natural extension of the gym training I did. When not on the ice, I used the gym to build my strength.

Sylvain came up with an exercise plan as I haven’t got a clue. He’s got me in shape for my Corrie comeback. What I really like is that because he’s a trained skater and athlete, he has different ways of training you.
